How long is delivery time?

Although, orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package leaves our facility. Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your location and product availability.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact our support within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We offer refunds within 7 days if products are unopened and unused.
